The German Baltic Sea town of Baabe is selling itself is a allergy friendly resort. The towns location traditionally has very low pollen counts which allergy sufferers will enjoy. They have also made a effort to not plant trees and other plants that broadcast high amounts of pollen. Special pollen nets measure counts for scientific purposes and to examine the results of changes. Of course smoking is banned and even local bakeshops and restaurants do their part to provide allergy free alternative foods.
